How We Began
Our company was started by Ben Tallman, an ex-IRS Auditor in 1977. We started in the basement of our Doraville Home with 30 clients. Today we have grown to 650 clients with our home-office in the Peachtree Corners area. We offer tax preparation, audit representation, and legal services for US Tax Court. Our site provides On-Line Filing for those who wish to save money and prepare their own tax return. Our pricing and fees are listed to your right, along with the services we provide. We stand ready to help with any of your tax related issues and problems. Ben is an Officer of the US Tax Court, an Enrolled Agent and a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI). During the off season he lectures nationally and writes for tax journals and publications.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
Our company has grown into a Full Service tax business satisfying the filing requirements for over 600 clients annually. We handle legal representation in Tax Court, Tax Audits, Offer in Compromise cases, Tax Collection problems, in addition to the preparation of personal, corporate, trust, estate, homeowners association, and county business returns. With tax preparation, we provide free electronic filing with free direct deposit. Out-of-state income tax returns are always welcome and include free electronic filing (if available) with direct deposit.
